Du bist verantwortlich für die Abläufe, die Arbeitsprozesse, die Ergebnisse sowie die Personalführung Deines Teams. Mit Deinem Verständnis für die Anforderungen unserer Kunden im kommunalen Umfeld setzt Du die Zielvorgaben erfolgreich um. In Deiner Funktion berichtest Du an den Leiter des Bereichs Systeme.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von etwa 10 Mitarbeitern, die Personalplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Du organisierst die Hotline und gewährleistest den IT-Support für unsere Kunden sowie die Einhaltung der Service-Level-Agreements
- Du koordinierst fachlich die Kunden-Calls, übernimmst das Monitoring und die Pflege des Ticketsystems
- Du führst Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen durch, entwickelst Service-Prozesse weiter und stellst das reibungslose Eskalationsmanagement sicher
- Du verantwortest Fachaufgaben

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung sowie fundierte technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Security, Storage- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie Serversystemen (z.B. VMware, Check Point, Microsoft Technologien etc.)
- Kenntnisse des kommunalen Umfelds und der IT Anforderungen sind von Vorteil
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, wirtschaftliches Denken/Handeln, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Entscheidungskompetenz aus
- Ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung runden Dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
