Was Dich erwartet?
- Du leitest IT-Produktmanagement-Projekte, um unsere digitale Plattform für Consulting zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du definierst, verwaltest und implementierst Produktfunktionen, um die Benutzererfahrung für unsere Berater und Kunden zu verbessern und die Leistung unserer Website zu steigern
- Du recherchierst und führst Tests durch, um Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu ermitteln
- Du wirst an der Entwicklung von Instrumenten mitwirken, die unsere Kunden und Berater bei der Lead-Generierung und der Kontaktaufnahme unterstützen

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Ein Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Informationssystemen oder Betriebswirtschaft
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Software- oder Internet-Produktmanagement mit relevanten Websites im Bereich UX/UI, Design und Front-End-Entwicklung
- Vertraut mit Content-Management-Systemen wie Wordpress
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ein Auge für großartiges Design und ein Verständnis dafür, wie man durch Design kommuniziert
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse , Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
