Senior Robotics Engineer (m/f/d) Embedded / IT / Munich
Responsibilities:
- You write low-level (C/ C++) embedded firmware to control real-time devices such as motors, sensors, etc
- They provide an interface to the next level drivers within an embedded system
- You develop and support control algorithms for various sensors and transducers
- Cooperate with other disciplines within the company and contribute to the development of embedded system designs from concept to production
- You support construction and test proof of concept, prototype and production hardware
- You will troubleshoot, define and search for resources to identify and resolve system-level problems involving electrical, mechanical and/or software components
- You develop scripts for automated testing of the developed devices (e.g. HIL test stands)

Your Profile - Skills:
- Significant experience in hardware-near C (and C++) and experience with µC operating systems (for example freeRTOS)
- BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on embedded systems experience and ability to understand and interpret engineering schematics and drawings
- Ability to write and review reports and business correspondence and to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, lean environment
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers & peers
- Fluent in written and oral English
