- Analyse, Planung und Steuerung aller performanceorientierten Marketingkampagnen und Promotionaktivitäten
- Entwicklung, operative Umsetzung und Interpretation der Scorecards, zum Monitoren der Business-KPIs
- Budgetierung und Allokation des Marketingbudgets
- Identifizierung, Analyse und Priorisierung der verschiedenen Kundengruppen, inkl. zielgruppenspezifischer Datenselektion
- Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen und Forecasts für die Geschäftsleitung
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung auf Grundlage datengetriebener Handlungs-empfehlungen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen sämtlichen Abteilungen, vor allem Marketing, Einkauf, E-Commerce und den Filialen

Das zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie bringen signifikante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse/ Businesssteuerung mit - möglichst aus dem E-Commerce-B2C-Umfeld
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich Analysetools und Datenbanken zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie haben eine starke Vertriebsaffinität und großes Interesse an E- Commerce sowie Marketing-Themen
- Sie arbeiten gern in Teams und denken und handeln unternehmerisch
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- Nicht zuletzt begeistern Sie sich für das Thema Wein und Genuss

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
