Your Responsibilities
- Manage your customer portfolio and monitor / control risk proactively
- Take the lead in demanding negotiations on our behalf and decide on deal structures, potential terminations and legal actions (together with team lead)
- Work closely with our Credit Analysis team when evaluating submitted deal proposals
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders such as insolvency administrators, business advisors / lawyers and our legal counsel
- Be a driver of our core values (smart, motivated, humble, growth) and help shape the culture of our Frankfurt office
- Mentor an assigned junior (i.e. advisory in complex cases, questions related to reporting etc.)
- Work on (cross-team) projects that aim at improving / challenging existing processes in order to prepare us for rapid growth

Your Profile
- At least an undergraduate degree in business, economics, law or related fields or completed commercial training / further education
- Intermediate-level (2+ years) experience in collections-related / customer-facing roles (preferably with some negotiation aspect), law or related fields
- Preferred: first experience in credit risk management, handling bankruptcies / insolvencies and restructuring credit commitments
- A proactive mindset centred around ownership, motivation and growth
- The tendency to stand up, challenge assumptions and be curious: your input is a key component to the role and we encourage you to bring ideas forward for discussion
- High proficiency in German and English

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
