Was erwartet Dich?
- Du arbeitest teamübergreifend an der Entwicklung neuer Produktideen.
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie gemeinsam mit dem Technical Product Manager (m/w/d).
- Das Planen und Durchführen von Experimenten zur Evaluierung neuer Konzepte ist fester Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit.
- Du übersetzt die Technologie-Trends in Business-Modelle.
- Du sorgst für die interne Verbreitung eines umfassenden Kunden- und Marktverständnisses.
- Du analysierst und beobachtest permanent den Markt, leitest produktrelevante Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese um.
- Du entwickelst ein solides Produktmarketing (samt Value Proposition, Pricing, Verkaufsargumentation und unterstützenden Maßnahmen).
- Du verantwortest die Definition, Monitoring, Analyse und Optimierung der relevanten KPIs.
- Du stimmst Dich eng mit den verschiedenen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen ab – Geschäftsführung, Sales & Marketing, Customer Support, Development und Kunden.
- Du nimmst eine aktive Rolle bei Messen, Konferenzen und Industrieveranstaltungen ein.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst einen betriebswirtschaftlichen, kommunikationsoder medienwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Innovationsmanagement, Produktentwicklung, Business Development / Strategieentwicklung oder Innovationsberatung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Value Propositions, Business Model Canvas und modernem Product Management.
- Du bist Visionär/Visionärin mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Dich zeichnen exzellentes analytisches Denkvermögen aus sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen und die Fähigkeit komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht, in exzellentem Deutsch und fließendem Englisch auf den Punkt zu bringen.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner/in und/oder im Product Management für Softwarelösungen, idealerweise in einer SaaS-Umgebung.
- Du verstehst komplexe digitale Produkte.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
