- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau unseres Kundenstammes, baust erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen auf und konvertierst sie in zufriedene Bestandskunden
- Vom anfänglichen Onboarding bis zur Erneuerung der Subscription sorgst Du stets für eine exzellente Customer Experience
- Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Produkt- und Developer-Team und begleitest die Umsetzung vom Schreiben eines Feature Requests bis zur Kommunikation des „Go-Lives“
- Du entwickelst unsere Customer Success Prozesse und Tools weiter und verbesserst so unsere Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team steuerst und begleitest Du komplexe, kollaborative Projekte und bringst diese zum Erfolg

Was Du mitbringen solltest
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie erste Arbeitserfahrungen in Unternehmen mit direktem Kundenkontakt (z.B. durch Praktika) gesammelt
- Du besitzt die Gabe, potenzielle Kunden zu begeistern und hast ein großes Interesse an Technologien und Startups
- Du hast eine Affinität für die Themen Buchhaltung und Steuern
- Du überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Verhandlungsgeschick, auch in herausfordernden
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, triffst selbständig Entscheidungen und besitzt eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast eine Freude an Kommunikation und Netzwerken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
