Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten möglichst eigenständig sämtliche in der Finanzbuchhaltung anfallenden Aufgaben, insbesondere Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen-, Haupt- und Bankbuchhaltung
- Sie erledigen den Zahlungsverkehr, erledigen Konten- und Nebenbuchabstimmungen mit Differenzenklärung und führen das Anlagevermögen
- Sie unterstützen und bereiten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vor
- Sie bearbeiten selbstständig monatliche Meldevorgänge (USt-Voranmeldung etc.)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung als Buchhalter (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
- Sie bringen Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office (insb. Word, Excel, Outlook) mit und haben idealerweise Kenntnisse im Finanzbuchhaltungssystem WinLine und Lexware Reisekosten
- Sie sind strukturiert, organisiert und arbeiten selbstständig, präzise und eigeninitiativ, ohne dabei ihre Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit zu verlieren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr Engagement, Ihre Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, sowie Ihre hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Außerdem verfügen Sie über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit und die erforderliche Sorgfalt und Effizienz in Ihrer Arbeitsweise
- Gute und ausbaufähige Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
