- Du unterstützt und begleitest unsere Berater bei der risikotechnischen Einschätzung der zu versichernden Unternehmen
- Du führst qualifizierte Ausschreibungen durch und erstellst Angebote sowie Policen- und Rechnungsprüfungen
- Du analysierst und begleitest die Entwicklung von exklusiven Deckungskonzepten und Rahmenvereinbarungen
- Du verantwortest die Research, Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Fach- und Produktinformationen
- Du beobachtest den Markst und aktualisierst laufend unsere Versicherungsprogramme
- Du führst zielorientierte Verhandlungen mit Versicherungsunternehmen und Kunden
- Du baust die Financial-Lines-, Cyber- und Vermögensschadenshaftpflicht-Bereiche aus
- Du erlangst einen Expertenstatus mit entsprechender Spartenverantwortung

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d)
- Du hast idealerweise eine Fortbildung zum Versicherungsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Marktkenntnis im gewerblichen/industriellen Bereich
- Du besitzt Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du zeigst ein serviceorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick
