Your Responsibilities
- Team: You will build, grow and lead a team and demonstrate your leadership skills through motivation, delegation, inspiration and trust. You have a clear and positive way to communicate with all product owners. You like to teach and share knowlege with everyone in your team.
- Web: You will take ownership over all web related processes and will be responsible for the web development. This includes product management, implementation, QA and release management. You will further develop and improve these processes.
- Technology: You love technology, you are curious and have a passion for learning and understanding new things quickly.

Your Profile
- Multiple years of experience in developing highly available and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Handling relational databases like Postgres are no challenges for you
- Experiences in leading a team
- Excellent knowledge about APIs, experiences in building APIs is a plus
- Good knowledge in building a solid testsuite, test driven development and experiences in CI/CD is a plus
- You have an eye for good UI/UX
- Strong business and system acumen. Good understanding of project and application life cycles
- You are comfortable making decisions that have a direct impact on the company‘s success
- Strong self-initiative and excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English, excellent communicational skills
At least 5 years of work experience required

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
