Was erwartet Sie?
- In Zusammenarbeit mit der Leiterin OP führen Sie das 30-Köpfige OP Team (inkl. Studierenden)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die einwandfreie Organisation des OP-Bereichs
- Sie unterstützen das Team im Tagesgeschäft auf den Gebieten Orthopäde, Traumatologie, Wirbelsäulenchirurgie, Handchirurgie, Viszeralchirurgie, Gynäkologie, ORL, OPH und Urologie - Zudienen und Instrumentieren
- Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen zuständig

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Operationstechnik, Operationstechnischer Assistent (OTA) oder als Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung OP Pflege
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit
- Sie besitzen Praxiserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie besitzen ein hohes organisatorisches Können und sind fach- und sozialkompetent
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
- Sie haben eine EU-Staatsbürgerschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
