Trainee im Bereich Finanzdienstleistung und Kundenberatung (m/w/d)
Zunächst absolvierst du eine sechswöchige Schnupper-Phase, in der du online-basiert die Grundkenntnisse der Versicherungsbranche erlernst und dein Gebiet kennenlernst. Du lernst alles über die Themen Bausparen, Bankthemen, Versicherung, Kostenoptimierung, Strom und Gas, um dann als Berater für private Haushalte tätig werden zu können.
Danach entscheidest du dich, ob du haupt- oder nebenberuflich tätig werden möchtest. Du arbeitest dann selbstständig an allen Themen des Versicherungswesens und deine Traineeausbildung beginnt. Diese geht etwa 8-12 Monate und du erhältst die Möglichkeit, Persönlichkeitsseminare zu absolvieren, um nach deiner Ausbildung und der Führungsebene arbeiten zu können. Du kannst dich aber auch dazu entscheiden, ein Spezialist:in für einen der Bereiche Immobilien, private Krankenkasse oder betriebliche Altersvorsorge zu werden.

- Du strebst eine unternehmerische Tätigkeit an

- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich bzw. Interesse dafür, als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) durchzustarten

- Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und zeichnest dich durch deine Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie deinem Individualismus aus
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, Kontrolle und Führung
- Du bist mobil und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
