- Optimierung und Entwicklung aller PPC Kampagnen, insbesondere: Search und Paid Social und die Website inklusive aller Landingpages
- Dabei sind Conversion - Optimierung und SEO, sowie die Pflege des Trackings keine Fremdworte
- Eigenständiges Planen und Entwerfen unserer Online - Kampagnen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmens- und Marketingziele, wobei eine stetig wachsende Anzahl der Leads und ein erfolgreiches ROI im Fokus stehen.
- Spezielle Erfahrungen im B2B Umfeld sind dabei ein klarer Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Durchführen regelmäßiger KPI-basierter Erfolgsmessungen mit anschließender Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Optimierungsansätzen sind außerdem ein wichtiger Bestandteil
- Vertrautheit und Erfahrung mit folgenden Tools setzen wir dabei voraus: Google Ads, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sistrix, HubSpot, LinkedIn Kampagnen - Manager und Google Optimizer
- Verfolgung neuester Trends im Performance - Marketing und das kritische Auseinandersetzen mit der gezielten Verwendung der aktuellen Tools in Hinblick auf unsere Aktivitäten

- Sie haben Ihr Hochschulstudium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien (o.Ä.) erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über vergleichbare Berufserfahrung und identifizieren sich mit der Schlüsselposition als Digital Marketing Profi
- Alle relevanten SEM Tools sind Ihnen geläufig und sie verstehen es selbstständig Tracking- und Web - Analysen durchzuführen
- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie eine analytische, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Die Identifikation mit den Kampagnenzielen und die Übertragung in skalierbare KPIs ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie bringen ein umfangreiches Wissen über die Analyse - Tools wie Google Analytics & Co mit
- Ihr Arbeitsansatz ist hoch effektiv, reflektiert und vorausschauend

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
