Sie interessieren sich für den Vertrieb landwirtschaftlicher Maschinen im Bereich Weinanbau und haben ein technisches Verständnis für solche Maschinen? Sie wissen, wie man mit potentiellen Kunden aus der Landwirtschaft auf Augenhöhe spricht und wie man sie von unseren Produkten überzeugt? Außerdem bringen Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit und neben fließenden Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnissen sprechen Sie im besten Fall noch eine weitere Sprache? Über Ihre Rolle:
Zu Beginn werden die Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit wie folgt sein:
- Anwendungstechnische Beratung der Kunden im Innen- und Außendienst per Telefon, vor Ort und auf Messen
- Angebotserstellung und -nachverfolgung
- Planung und Durchführung von Vorführaktionen unserer Produkte/Maschinen innerhalb Europas auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung einer passenden Vertriebsstrategie
- Weiterentwicklung der erforderlichen Strategien und Strukturen und Ausbau der Vertriebstätigkeiten in der EU und International innerhalb und außerhalb der EU
- Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination der Vertriebsanfragen
- Entwicklung Länderspezifischer Leistungskennzahlen für den Vertrieb
- Preis- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für den europäischen und außereuropäischen Markt
- Entwicklung und Ausbau der SEO-Strategie

Macher mit „Bauchgefühl“ gesucht, ein praxiserfahrener Allrounder mit Bodenhaftung:
- Abgeschlossenes BWL- oder Ingenieursstudium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, bevorzugt dabei Landmaschinenmechaniker, Weinbautechniker oder Techniker mit Weinbauerfahrung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Vertriebsmanagement
- Mehrsprachigkeit von großem Vorteil (Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Englisch)
- Interesse oder Nähe zur Landwirtschaft, Smart Farming usw. von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis oder großes technisches Grundinteresse vorhanden, gerne mit praktischer Erfahrung mit Wein- und Obstbaugeräten
