Was erwartet Dich?
Du bist Mitglied der Abteilung Medical und medizinischer Experte aller Therapiebereiche unseres Unternehmens
Du unterstützt die Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten der deutschen Commercial-Einheit
Du lieferst hierzu alle relevanten wissenschaftlichen Inhalte und Beratung
Du baust Beziehungen zu allen internen und externen Stakeholdern auf und pflegst diese
Du arbeitest mit uns am Management der von uns durchgeführten Studien
Du bist festes Mitglied in den jeweiligen lokalen Brand Teams und trägst zur Produktstrategie bei
Du trägst als Scientific Lead z.B. die Verantwortung für die Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Investigator Initiated Studies und Aktivitäten bzgl. Transparenz
Du unterstützt uns bei internen Medizin- und Produktschulungen
Du wirkst an globalen Projekten mit und unterstützt Medical Affairs Projekte
Du stellst die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Schulungsmaterialien sicher
Du hilfst uns bei der Einhaltung von Compliance in allen Prozessen (einschließlich GxP, Verhaltenskodizes und Arzneimittel- sowie Medizinproduktegesetzgebung)
Du baust Beziehungen zu Meinungsbildnern, Patientenorganisationen und wissenschaftlichen Organisationen auf und pflegst diese

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
Du bist Humanmediziner mit abgeschlossenem Studium und Nachweis der Approbation
Ein Studium der Humanmedizin ist unabdinglich
Du besitzt idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre klinische Erfahrung und idealerweise noch weitere Erfahrung
Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems, GCP und andere für die pharmazeutische Industrie relevanten ethischen Leitlinien, z. B. Kodizes für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Planung und Durchführung von klinischen Studien und der Forschungsinfrastruktur in Deutschland
Du kannst wissenschaftliche Informationen auf hohem Niveau verstehen, verarbeiten sowie zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren und präsentieren
Du besitzt nachweislich die Fähigkeit T-Tools einzusetzen und effektiv mit einer Vielzahl technischer Plattformen zu kommunizieren
Du zeigst eine ausgeprägte persönliche Integrität und Kundenorientierung
Du hast ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
