- Du übernimmst die wertorientierte Steuerung von Immobilieninvestitionen im Bereich Sozial- und Gesundheitsimmobilien (Seniores /Betreutes Wohnen, Pflegeimmobilien, Therapie-/Rehaeinrichtungen, Ärztehäuser, MVZ’s etc.)
- Du übernimmst die Eigentümerfunktion und Eigentümervertretung für Portfolien und Einzelobjekte
- Du führst eine laufende Markt- Portfolio- Objekt- und Mieteranalyse aus Werterhaltungs-, Wertsteigerungs- und Risikogesichtspunkten durch
- Du koordinierst bzw. entwickelst Asset- und Portfoliostrategien, objekt- und portfoliobezogenen Budgets, Businessplänen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Du übernimmst die (proaktive Steuerung der) Umsetzung der Portfolio- und Objektstrategien, einschl. Koordination und Controlling der Zielerreichung und Steuerung des Gesamtprozesses und deren Beteiligter
- Du prüfst und koordinierst bestehende Miet-, Pacht- und Kaufverträgen zur Klärung der Verantwortlichkeit, sicherst die Einhaltung dieser, und wirkst bei der Erarbeitung von Verträgen mit
- Du prüfst und stellst die Einhaltung von vertraglichen Verpflichtungen sicher, hierbei insbesondere der Leistungsverpflichtungen aus Mandatsverträgen
- Du erstellst, prüfst und stimmst Entscheidungsvorlagen ab und bist auch für die Einholung der Entscheidung des Eigentümers / Auftraggebers zuständig
- Du sicherst das Performance- und Risikomanagement /-controlling, zeit- und qualitätsgerechte Erstellung
- Du koordinierst die Erstellung des Reportings auf Objekt-, Portfolio- und Objektgesellschaftsebene, auch unter Berücksichtigung von Finanzierung und Steuern
- Du kommunizierst, interagierst adäquat und verhandelst ggf. mit Kollegen, Dienstleistern, Mietern/Pächtern, Behörden und Eigentümern zur Erzielung optimaler Ergebnisse
- Du berücksichtigst die Ziele des Unternehmens im Hinblick auf Mandatsprofitabilität
- Du wirkst bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Organisation, Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen mit
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und ggf. disziplinarische Führung von Projektbeteiligten und Mitarbeiter

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang wie Architektur oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Du verfügst über mind. 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Asset Management oder in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objekt- und Portfoliostrategien (Sozial- und/oder Gesundheitsimmobilien von Vorteil)
- Du besitzt betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Immobilien
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt ein strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Zahlenverständnis
- Du bist teamfähig, präsentations- und kommunikationsstark und hast ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du hast eine unternehmerische sowie konzeptionelle Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungs- sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du handelst selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Kreativität und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
