Job Description
- You are working across channels while continuously putting together a great performance marketing team
- You design and conduct growth experiments and constantly test and develop new marketing channels while managing our marketing budget to help us unlock our full potential and further diversify our marketing mix
- You are goal-oriented and act in line with KPIs (CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS) as you develop a "state of the art" tracking and reporting system that measures the performance weekly and determines the effectiveness of the implemented strategies

Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Commercial Informatics, or equivalent work experience
- Min. 1-2 years team lead experience, min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of performance marketing, previous startup experience is a strong plus
- Your skills in the use of Google AdWords / Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Marketing and UTM are more than profound
- Your entrepreneurial and results-driven personality is not only highly analytical but also creative and hands-on in nature is one of your biggest traits
- You are committed and have great communication & presentation skills
- You are fluent in German and English

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
