Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen bzw. Architektur oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums bzw. Abschluss als Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d)
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in den benannten Aufgabenbereichen sammeln
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office einschl. MS Project, gängigen Kalkulations- und Ausschreibungsprogrammen (z.B. Pro-Bau/S, RIBiTWO) und CAD
- Sie besitzen gute VOB- und HOAI-Kenntnisse
- Sie verfügen über Organisationsgeschick, Kostenbewusstsein und Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise

Zum Beispiel die Überzeugung, dass ein Gebäude erst auf der Baustelle entsteht. Oder die Annahme, dass Bauen und Sanieren stets langsame, kostspielige Prozesse mit holprigen Schnittstellen und Unterbrechungen sind. Stattdessen verlagern wir den Großteil der Entstehung in die Vorfertigung von Einzelteilen, die dann zügig und koordiniert auf der Baustelle montiert werden. So schaffen wir kontrollierbare Qualität und bringen ein neues Tempo in den Bauprozess, das Ressourcen, Kosten und Nerven spart.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
