Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Realisierung von ÖPP-Projekten im Bundesfernstraßenbau
- Sie übernehmen die Abstimmung und Beratung zu relevanten juristischen Themen bei der Vorbereitung, Vergabe und Durchführung von ÖPP-Projekten sowie die vergaberechtliche Betreuung der ÖPP-Vergabeverfahren
- Sie kontrollieren die Projekte und betreuen außergerichtliche Streitbeilegungsverfahren sowie ordentliche Gerichtsverfahren
- Sie arbeiten im Projektteam und mit den zuständigen Stellen des Landes sowie des Bundes
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Kontrolle externer juristischer Berater
- Sie behandeln grundsätzlich rechtliche Themen in Abstimmung mit dem BMVI wie rechtliche Evaluierung, Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle, Gestaltung von Vergabeverfahren und Weiterentwicklung der Verträge

Was bringen Sie mit?
- Prädikatsexamina oder durch andere nachgewiesene hervorragende juristische Kenntnisse sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Überdurchschnittlich gute Rechtskenntnisse im Vergaberecht sowie im privaten Baurecht
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Planfeststellungsrecht sowie Erfahrung mit ÖPP-Projekten
- Erfahrungen aus der Teamarbeit mit Ingenieuren und Kaufleuten in Großprojekten sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen in der Beratung von öffentlichen Auftraggebern
- Strategische Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen
- Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksformen und professionelles Auftreten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
