Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Entwicklung, Vermarktung und Erbringung von Internet- und digital- Dienstleistungen in der Stahlindustrie/Distribution, sowie der Gründung entsprechender Plattformen. Gemeinsam digitalisieren wir die Stahlindustrie und Du bist aktiv daran beteiligt unseren Erfolg auszubauen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du kannst dich für komplexe Probleme im Online Bereich begeistern und reduzierst diese auf das Wesentliche
- Du übernimmst als Teil des Produktteams die Verantwortung über eine unserer Plattformen im Rahmen des Scrum Prozesses
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich das Verhalten unserer Nutzer, definierst Use Cases, validierst damit getroffene Annahmen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen zur Verbesserung bestehender Funktionalitäten ab
- Du sichtest den Markt nach neuen und innovativen Funktionalitäten, um den Mehrwert der Plattform zu erhöhen
- Du erstellst und priorisierst User Stories und stimmst diese eigenständig mit den Scrum-Entwicklungsteam ab
- Du erstellst und verwaltest die Roadmap und das Backlog deiner Plattform

Dein Profil:
- Du hast einen akademischen Abschluss in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Studienfach
- Du hast bereits 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktverwaltung in einer digitalen Umgebung (bevorzugt Start-Up)
- Du denkst analytisch und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du arbeitest dich schnell in komplexe Sachverhalte ein und hast einen starken Fokus auf die Lösung
- Du kannst dich auf Englisch mündlich und schriftlich sehr sicher und korrekt verständigen
- Eine besondere Stärke liegt in deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der engen Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
- Du bist Teamplayer, proaktiv und zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
