Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT Service Desks für unsere Kunden mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung eines Teams
- Hierbei übernimmst du maßgeblich die Planung, Durchführung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie das Controlling der Service Desk Leistungen gemäß ITIL Vorgaben und Best Practices.
- Du steuerst und motivierst dein Team, die Service-Level-Agreements unserer Kunden stets zu übertreffen.
- Du unterstützt die Service Desk Mitarbeiter zu Stoßzeiten oder bei Ausfällen.
- Für das IT-Management baust du ein effizientes KPI- Berichtswesen auf.
- Die Arbeit erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Operation-Teams und Geschäftsbereichen.
- Du berichtest direkt an den Director Service Delivery

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Servicemanagement (ITSM), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) sowie IT Operation - Prozessen
- Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in der Administration komplexer IT-Systeme im Linux und Windows -Umfeld
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Steuerung von Teams
- Zertifizierungen in ITIL V3 Foundation oder höherwertig sind von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
