Linux Specialist im IT-Support (m/w/d)
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns:
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden (m/w/d) bei Fragen, bei der Störungsbeseitigung und bei Konfigurationsänderungen im Linux-Bereich.
- Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Endgeräte unserer Kunden (m/w/d).
- Du administrierst und verwaltest die Systeme unserer Kunden (m/w/d).
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung von Kunden (m/w/d) in allen Belangen zu IT-Fragen, findest Lösungen und bearbeitest nach dem ITIL-Standard Service Request, Incidents and Problems.
- Du übernimmst eigene Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden (m/w/d).

So steigst Du bei uns ein:
- Du begeisterst Dich für innovative IT und hast besonderes Interesse an Linux.
- Deine Berufsausbildung als IT Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast dir bereits ein breites Know-how im Linux-Umfeld aufgebaut.
- OpenStack und Containerisierung sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich und Du hast erstes Grundlagenwissen in beiden Bereichen.
- Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
