Was erwartet dich?
- Du coachst und motivierst unsere Kunden, unser Online-Tool zu nutzen.
- Du übernimmst die Kommunikation unseres Eventkonzeptes an deine Kunden und stellst den durch die Nutzung unserer Dienstleistungen geschaffenen Mehrwerts dar.
- Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsleitern zur Steigerung des Customer Lifetime Value (Cross-Selling, Up-Selling, Portfolioverkauf).
- Du baust personalisierte Kundenbeziehungen über verschiedene Kanäle (F2F, Social Media, Event Execution, Telefon und E-Mail) auf.
- Du nimmst Kundenerwartungen auf und sammelst Feedback zu unserem Service.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 1 Jahr einschlägige Berufserfahrung in CSM, Account Management oder anderen kundenorientierten Funktionen, idealerweise in einem B2B-Umfeld.
- Echte "Can-do"-Einstellung und hervorragende Kundenservice-Fähigkeiten am Telefon sowie von Angesicht zu Angesicht.
- Einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich.
- Grundkenntnisse der IT- und Beratungsbranche in den DACH-Märkten sind von Vorteil.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
