Zusammen mit deinem Team begleitest du den Kunden vom ersten Briefing über die Online-Marketing-Strategie bis hin zum Projektabschluss als Online-Marketing-Manager im Bereich Funnelsysteme. Dazu gehört das Erstellen, Planen und Umsetzen von automatisierten Systemen. Dabei bist du in der Lage, XML-Daten zu analysieren, deren technische Umsetzungen zu bewerten und abzunehmen. Die Vielzahl der Projekte erfordert ein hohes Maß an Koordination von internen Ressourcen. Deine technische Kompetenz in der Anwendung von HTML, CSS, XML ist dabei entscheidend für den Erfolg. Weiterhin sorgst du mit der Durchführung von A/B- und multivariaten Tests dafür, unsere Kundenprojekte nachweislich stetig zu verbessern und die Conversion zu optimieren. Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Richtigkeit, die Pünktlichkeit und die Performance von eigenen Projektarbeiten. - Du hast die Verantwortung für die komplette Konzeptionierung, Umsetzung und Betreuung unserer E-Commerce Projekte. Du steuerst und koordinierst dabei die Projekte mit internen Ressourcen.
- Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Portale, Optimierung der Seitenstruktur, Erstellung neuer Teaser Formate u.w.
- Der Ausbau des Site Reporting mit Fokus auf Optimierung der Conversion Rate.
- Die Einrichtung des E-Mail-Marketing-Systems und Tracking der E-Mails.
- Erstellung verschiedener Verkaufsseiten - branchenabhängig (Info-Produkte, physische Produkte, Bücher, Seminare).
- Erstellung, Tracking und Auswertung von Split-Tests.
- Analyse und Optimierung des kompletten Sales Funnels: Von der Werbeanzeige, zur Landingpage bis zur Leadgenerierung/Sale.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung hast - idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt E-Commerce, Online-Marketing, Digitales Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikationenen.
- Über hohes IT-Verständnis verfügst und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen E-Commerce Projektmanagement bzw. in der Optimierung von Webauftritten mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen nachweisen kannst.
- Erfahrungen im Programmieren und gute Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS besitzt.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Tracking-Tools und Web Analytics A/B Testing hast.
- Ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verbindlichkeit im Umgang mit Kunden zeigen kannst.
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise an den Tag legst.
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke beweist.
