Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Markt- und Kundenanalysen zur besseren Erfassung unserer Zielgruppen und Nutzerstruktur
- Dialog mit Kunden und dem Support-Team hinsichtlich Problemen und Feature-Wünschen
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Prototypen und User-Stories für neue Versionen, Releases und Updates
- Testing und Management von Fehlern und Tickets in Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung und Entwicklung
- Optimierungen der Benutzerführung zur Steigerung der Aktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit

Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes und bestenfalls technisch ausgerichtetes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du kennst Dich mit Analyse-Tools wie A/B-Testing, Persona-Konzepten, Cohorten-Analysen, etc. bereits aus
- Du hast Erfahrung in gängigen Tools, wie z.B. Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, UXD, Inspectlet, Figma, …
- Du besitzt ein solides technisches Grundverständnis in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung/SaaS und Datenbanken
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und bestenfalls fließendes Englisch
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich beschreiben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
