Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und verantworten bereichsübergreifend unsere Systeme wie Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sage HR und das zukünftigen CRM
- Sie stehen den Mitarbeitenden als interner Ansprechpartner bei allen Belangen rund um die Systeme zur Verfügung
- Sie verantworten mit Ihrer ausgeprägt analytischen, pragmatischen Vorgehensweise die Installation, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der oben genannten Systeme
- Sie sind technischer Ansprechpartner als Schnittstelle zwischen der Technik und den fachlich Verantwortlichen
- Sie leisten Support für die Anwender
- Sie analysieren und optimieren in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Geschäfts- und Arbeitsprozesse
- Sie entwickeln eigenverantwortlich Schnittstellen zwischen und zu anderen Systemen
- Sie koordinieren die Weiterentwicklung der Systeme im Dialog mit externen Dienstleistern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenen Studium bspw. in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe IT-Affinität und sind motiviert sich in neue Fachthemen und IT-Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV oder Sage HR

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
