- Du priorisierst strategische Initiativen und betreust Einführungsabläufe vom KickOff bis zur Konformitätsprüfung
- Du passt die Reporting Prozesse zum Messen des strategischen Performancefortschritt an
- Du überprüfst die Service Elemente der Geschäftsmodelle
- Du präzisierst die Serviceaktionen und das Kommunikationsnetzwerk
- Du optimierst die Dokumentations-Infrastruktur
- Du führst neue Service Strategien in der europäischen Geschäftseinheit ein

Was du mitbringen solltest?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni, FH, DH) der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit einem Notendurchschnitt von mindestens 2,5 oder besser
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Change Management, Prozessmanagement oder Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
- Spaß am Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein absolutes Muss sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (being fluent is absolutely required for this position as all lectures and projects are in German)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
