- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement und die Betreuung und Beratung der Mandanten entlang des gesamten Personalberatungsprozesses
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem internen Research-Team zusammen und steuerst dieses
- Du bist für die Gewinnung von Neukunden, Akquisition neuer Projekte verantwortlich und betreust Bestandskunden strategisch
- Du erstellst eine Kundenbedarfsanalyse und entwickelst kundenspezifische Lösungen
- Du steuerst und setzt einen kundenorientierten Kandidatenselektionsprozesses inkl. entsprechender telefonischer und persönlicher Interviews um
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Kandidatenprofile und präsentierst diese bei unseren Mandanten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
