- Du bist maßgeblich für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und die Erstellung von Angeboten verantwortlich
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden am Telefon, per Email oder im Chat
- Du bist eigenständig für ein systematisches Kundenmanagement sowie die Datenpflege in unserer modernen Customer Support Software verantwortlich
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen zusammen und koordinierst Kundenanfragen mit unseren Lieferanten und Speditionen

- Du hast Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
- Du bist teamfähig, empathisch und hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und über Produkte und Kunden zu lernen
- Du kannst dich gut artikulieren und triffst für jede Situation den richtigen Ton
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest mit Freude und Struktur alle anfallenden Themen ab
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Erfahrungen im Kundenservice-Chat und in Zendesk sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
