Senior IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d) Strategy & Koordination
Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich
- Du bist für die Projektleitung, das Projektmanagement & die Projektkoordination zuständig und hast hierbei Personalverantwortung
- Du planst und erstellst Soll-Konzepte für technische und organisatorische Prozesse
- Du steuerst und koordinierst internationale IT-Projekte
- Du erstellst Anforderungsanalysen, Risikomanagement- sowie Qualitätssicherungspläne
- Auch erarbeitest du Schnittstellendefinitionen und Arbeitspakete
- Die Fortschrittskontrolle und das Status-Reporting gehören ebenfalls dazu
- Inhaltliche und strategische Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
- Erarbeitung innovativer und individueller Lösungsansätze für serviceorientierte Geschäftsmodelle unserer Kunden
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenständig bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von IT-Projekten
- Pro Projektphase erstellst du notwendige Materialien und wertest dazugehörige Dokumente aus
- Du führst interne & externe Trainingseinheiten sowie Schulungen durch und bist auch für die Ausbildung zuständig
- Vertriebsunterstützung (Pre-Sales) zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Im Team und beim Kunden präsentierst du deine erarbeiteten Ergebnisse

Diese Skills bringst du mit
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Vergleichbares
- Alternativ: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als Techniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT Projektmanager oder Projektkoordinator
- Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Lösungskompetenz, analytische Fähigkeiten, notwendiges Feingefühl in Verbindung mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Zuverlässigkeit in Verbindung mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Zielstrebigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit & Belastbarkeit
- Strukturiertes, ergebnis- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Service- und Teamorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
