Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unseren Talent Acquisition Lead, um den Einstellungsbedarf zu verstehen, effektive Beschaffungsstrategien zu implementieren und eine stabile Talent Pipeline aufzubauen
- Co-Management des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses, von der Erstellung überzeugender Stellenbeschreibungen, fähigkeitsbezogenen Screenings, Interviews, Feedback bis hin zur Angebotserstellung - immer unter Anwendung der besten Praktiken des Marktes
- Identifizierung, Gewinnung und Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen Top-Talenten, um über verschiedene Kanäle wie Linkedin, XING, professionelle Netzwerke, Community-Veranstaltungen beizutreten und eine positive End-to-End-Kandidatenerfahrung zu gewährleisten
- Durchführung von Talentmarktanalysen, um Erkenntnisse mit dem Team zu teilen und unsere Attraktivität als Arbeitgeber ständig zu optimieren (inkl. Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Stellenanzeigen und Kampagnen)
- Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke durch die Stärkung der Beziehungen zu unseren HR-Partnern (Rekrutierungsstandorte, Universitäten, etc.) und die Rolle des Unternehmensbotschafters bei Veranstaltungen
- Entwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Karriereseite, um sie attraktiv zu gestalten und unsere Unternehmenswerte widerzuspiegeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Personalwesen, Management, Psychologie oder in einem verwandten Fachgebiet (oder suchst etwas für den Übergang nach dem Studium)
- Frühere Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise aus einer internen Rekrutierungs- oder Headhunting-Funktion oder in einer schnelllebigen Startup-Umgebung)
- Vertrautheit mit Direct Sourcing über z.B. Linkedin und Xing sowie Bewerber-Tracking-Systeme
- Kommunikative, einfühlsame und offene Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden zwischenmenschlichen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
- Du besitzt starke Organisations- und Umsetzungsqualitäten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
