- Du übernimmst die Inbound Strategieerstellung und Koordination aller internationalen B2B Aktivitäten.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs unter Beachtung der Unternehmensziele.
- Du führst und coachst dein standortübergreifendes, internationales Team aus Deutschland, Österreich & Bulgarien.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Budget inkl. Vertrags- & Preisverhandlungen mit Dienstleistern, B2B-Controlling, Personal-Budgetplanungen.
- Du übersiehst die Kundenbindung und -gewinnung (Inbound)
- Du entwickelst und steuerst B2B-Online-Konzepte zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsaktivitäten.
- Du planst, koordinierst und entwickelst unsere gesamten PR-Aktivitäten weiter.
- Du planst Messeauftritten und Speakerslots auf relevanten B2B-Veranstaltungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Umfeld Marketing bzw. Wirtschaft oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung in diesem Bereich
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing sowie erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Kennzahlenaffinität und kannst sicher mit Analysetools umgehen.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen z.B. Everlaunch.
- Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrungen mit Inbound-Kampagnen (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) und im Vertrieb.
- Du überzeugst uns mit deinem selbstsicheren Auftreten, Eloquenz sowie mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude am Telefonieren.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
