Deine Aufgaben
- Neukundengewinnung: Direkte Budgetverantwortung für unsere PPC Kampagnen und Kanäle wie Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Google Ads, Amazon und LinkedIn
- Growth Hacking: Analyse von Performance-KPIs, Ableitung von Insights, Aufstellung von Hypothesen und Testing basierend auf den Zielen Awareness, ROAS & Growth
- Kampagnen: Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Konzeption, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Kampagnen, Targeting, (A/B-)Testings und Ad-Sets
- Data-drive: Ausbau unseres Reporting- und Analytics-Fundaments gemeinsam mit dem Team für datengetriebene Entscheidungen
- Tools: Strategische Automatisierungen des Kampagnenmanagements via Hacks & Tools
- Creatives: Mitwirken bei MockUps und Design, sowie Copys für Werbeanzeigen

Dein Profil
- Du kannst 2+ Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Performance Marketing vorweisen; E-Commerce und Start-Up Background ist ein Plus
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Paid Social sowie Paid Advertisement via Google (SEA, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager); weitere Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Shopping, Display, LinkedIn und Amazon sind von Vorteil
- Du besitzt idealerweise rudimentäre Web-Development Kenntnisse sowie ein Verständnis für die kreative Gestaltung performanter Ads (Visuals, Copys)
- Du bist numbers driven, überzeugst mit einer analytischen Herangehensweise und steuerst Kampagnen agil inklusive A/B Testing
- Du suchst ein wachstumsstarkes Umfeld, in welchem du Ownership übernehmen kannst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
