Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für die angelieferten Kälber: Du erfasst sie in unseren digitalen Systemen und prüfst sorgfältig alle Begleitpapiere und Gesundheitsdokumente.
- Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf erstellst Du die Ladelisten, ordnest die Vermarktungsunterlagen zu und bereitest die Lieferungen administrativ vor.
- Als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle stellst Du den Informationsfluss zwischen Landwirt:innen, Fahrer:innen und internen Abteilungen sicher.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Nachbereitung der Lieferungen und bist für die korrekte Abrechnung der Transporte verantwortlich.
- Durch Deine aktive Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Abwicklung trägst Du direkt zum Erfolg der Kälbervermarktung bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig, gepaart mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Du bist teamfähig und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern wie Landwirt:innen und Fahrer:innen.
- Der sichere Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und gängigen EDV-Anwendungen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig in den Abend- und Nachtstunden zu arbeiten (Montagabend bis Dienstagmorgen).
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse in der Rinderhaltung mit oder hast ein starkes Interesse an landwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
