Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Team aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und erstellst eigenständig Marketingmaterialien sowie Verkaufsunterlagen.
- Du übernimmst die Koordination kleinerer Projekte, verfolgst Timings nach und stimmst dich dabei eng mit internen Teams sowie externen Agenturen ab.
- Du wirkst bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events mit – von internen Workshops bis hin zu externen Fachkongressen.
- Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Planung medizinischer Fortbildungen und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Trainings für unsere Partner.
- Du bereitest wichtige Informationen für das Team auf, indem du Präsentationen mit PowerPoint erstellst und Projektübersichten in Excel pflegst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Studium, z. B. in BWL, Marketing oder Kommunikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing oder Projektmanagement mit.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer denkst du proaktiv mit und hast Freude daran, selbstständig anzupacken.
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel) um und kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch.
- Ein Pluspunkt ist dein persönliches Interesse an den Themen Beauty, Skincare und medizinische Ästhetik.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
