Wir glauben, dass die Zukunft von GTM nicht in mehr Manpower liegt, sondern in besseren Systemen. Als GTM Intern baust du diese Systeme ab Tag 1 mit, eng an der Seite unserer GTM Engineers und mit echter Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte. Das Praktikum dauert 3 bis 6 Monate und ist als Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum möglich. Starten kannst du ab sofort oder zu einem Termin, den wir gemeinsam festlegen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust gemeinsam mit unseren GTM Engineers Leadlisten und Outbound-Kampagnen für unsere Kunden in Clay und weiteren modernen GTM-Tools.
- Du reicherst Daten an und recherchierst mit KI relevante Signale wie Funding, Job Changes oder eingesetzte Software.
- Du schreibst personalisierte Outreach-Sequenzen für E-Mail und LinkedIn und wertest aus, was davon funktioniert.
- Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe mit Claude Code, n8n oder ähnlichen Tools.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ins interne GTM-Playbook ein und siehst, wie sie im Alltag umgesetzt werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau: Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch sicher und überzeugend, denn unsere Kunden sitzen in DACH.
- Studium: Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst für 3 bis 6 Monate in Vollzeit bei uns einsteigen.
- Technisches Mindset: Du hast keine Angst vor neuen Tools und arbeitest dich schnell in Clay, n8n oder Claude Code ein. Erste Erfahrung damit ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Arbeitsweise: Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und packst Probleme selbst an.
- Motivation: Du willst GTM Engineering von Grund auf lernen und in kurzer Zeit so viel wie möglich mitnehmen.

- Personal Fit: Im zweiten Gespräch (ca. 30–45 Minuten) lernen wir dich richtig kennen und erfahren, was dich antreibt. Gleichzeitig zeigen wir dir, wie wir bei Arvana arbeiten, und beantworten all deine Fragen.
- Case Study vor Ort & Meet the Team: Vorab bekommst du eine Case Study aus unserem Alltag, die du zu Hause vorbereitest und dann bei uns im Office in der Rosenstraße 17 vorstellst. Dabei lernst du unsere Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und kannst mit dem Team quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich mit in unsere Prozesse, unsere Mission und unseren Business-Plan. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
