Was erwartet dich?
- An der Seite unseres Head of Growth wirkst du aktiv am Aufbau unserer Marketingstrategie mit und übernimmst eigene Projekte zur Steigerung unserer Sichtbarkeit.
- Du betreust unseren LinkedIn-Kanal, entwickelst kreative Content-Formate und erstellst mit Tools wie Canva und CapCut ansprechende Grafiken, Texte und kurze Videos.
- Du gestaltest professionelle Vertriebs- und Marketingunterlagen und bereitest beispielsweise Präsentationen in PowerPoint oder informative Factsheets visuell auf.
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Events sowie Webinaren und fängst die besten Momente in Fotos und Videos ein.
- Du überwachst den Erfolg unserer Kampagnen, leitest daraus Optimierungen ab und pflegst Inhalte auf unserer WordPress-Website und im SharePoint-Intranet.

- Du studierst Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement, Marketing oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
- Du gehst sicher mit Canva und PowerPoint um
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Adobe Creative Cloud und im Videoschnitt mit, etwa mit Premiere oder CapCut
- Du hast Kenntnisse in SharePoint, WordPress oder Webdesign, was ein Plus ist
- Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Canva KI selbstverständlich im Arbeitsalltag

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
