- Du bist ein vollwertiges Team-Mitglied und unterstützt uns sowohl operativ als auch strategisch
- Du übernimmst einen wichtigen Teil im Recruiting – von Stellenausschreibungen über Active Sourcing bis zu Bewerberscreening und Koordination bzw. Begleitung von Interviews
- Du unterstützt im Employer Branding und bei Hochschulkooperationen und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- Du gewinnst durch Deinen Beitrag bei der konzeptionellen HR-Strategiearbeit einen Blick hinter die Kulissen und gestaltest die Zukunft unserer HR-Arbeit mit
- Du arbeitest mit unseren HR-Tools Personio und Kantata und übernimmst operative sowie administrative HR-Themen
- Du erhältst schnell eigene Verantwortungsbereiche und treibst diese selbstständig und zuverlässig voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich gesammelt, insbesondere im Recruiting, Active Sourcing oder Employer Branding
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick
- Du bist im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen umsichtig und verlässlich
- Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, kommunizierst sicher und hast Lust, Dich aktiv einzubringen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
