- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen direkt und berätst sie telefonisch zu allen Fragen rund um Sally AI, sodass sie das Tool mit einem guten Gefühl nutzen können
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für eingehende Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail, dokumentierst Anliegen sauber und leitest komplexere Fälle gezielt weiter
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem Entwicklungsteam, um Kundenfeedback zu sammeln, das uns hilft, Sally AI stetig zu verbessern
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundendaten im CRM-System immer aktuell und vollständig sind, damit das gesamte Team jederzeit auf verlässliche Informationen zugreifen kann

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in – ganz egal in welchem Studiengang. Wichtiger ist uns, dass du gerne mit Menschen kommunizierst und Interesse an digitalen Produkten mitbringst
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Support, Callcenter oder in der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, aber eine Hands-on-Mentalität ist uns wichtiger
- Du bringst Persönlichkeit mit: Dein Lächeln geht durchs Telefon, du hörst gerne zu, findest die richtigen Worte und bleibst stets lösungsorientiert
- Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen und unser Rückenwind im Kundenservice werden, wodurch du der Grund bist, wieso wir neue Höhen erreichen
- Du rundest dein Profil mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift ab

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
