Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bestückung und Bedienung unserer Fräs- und Drehmaschinen zur Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen aus Metall.
- Du führst regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen durch, prüfst die gefertigten Bauteile auf Maßhaltigkeit und stellst so unsere hohen Standards sicher.
- Bei Maßabweichungen nimmst Du eigenständig kleinere Korrekturen an den Maschineneinstellungen vor, um eine gleichbleibende Produktqualität zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team der Spätschicht zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf und einen sauberen Arbeitsplatz.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit – idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Metallbearbeitung gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, zuverlässig und präzise, besonders bei der Kontrolle von Maßen.
- Du bist motiviert, dich in die Bedienung unserer Fräs- und Drehmaschinen einzuarbeiten.
- Für eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du gut Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
