Was erwartet dich?
- Du lernst von Grund auf, wie man die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen für unsere Mandant:innen sorgfältig erstellt und bearbeitet.
- Gemeinsam im Team unterstützt du bei der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen und gewinnst dabei tiefe Einblicke in die Unternehmenszahlen.
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen sowie Privatpersonen mit und wirst dabei Schritt für Schritt an die Aufgaben herangeführt.
- Du hilfst dabei, betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWA) zu erstellen und lernst, die Zahlen dahinter zu verstehen und zu interpretieren.
- Als Ansprechpartner:in für die Zukunft unterstützt du unsere Mandant:innen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Buchhaltungsprozesse.

- Du hast die Mittlere Reife, das Fachabitur oder Abitur erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du interessierst dich für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und hast Lust, in die Welt der Steuern einzutauchen.
- Als engagierter Teamplayer zeichnest du dich durch eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Der Umgang mit dem PC und digitalen Anwendungen macht dir Spaß.
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift mit, um sicher mit Mandanten zu kommunizieren.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
