SO SIEHT DEIN PRAKTIKUM AUS
- Talent Acquisition – passende Menschen finden und begeistern: Du erhältst durch deine Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement und im Active Sourcing spannende Einblicke in die Welt des Recruitings. Dabei identifizierst du passende Talente und entwickelst kreative Ansprachekonzepte
- Talent Management – unsere Kolleg:innen begleiten: Du unterstützt unsere People-Prozesse vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding. Du hilfst dabei, den Einstieg neuer Kolleg:innen vorzubereiten, Informationen übersichtlich aufzubereiten und organisatorische Abläufe zuverlässig zu gestalten
- Employer Branding – unser Unternehmen als Arbeitgeber erlebbar machen: Ob Kampagnen, Mitarbeitenden-Testimonials oder neue Benefits – mit deinem Gespür für starke Ideen lässt du unsere Arbeitgebermarke glänzen

IT'S A MATCH, SOFERN DU...
- dich mindestens im 3. Semester deines Studiums befindest, idealerweise in einem Studiengang wie BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Personalmanagement oder (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie.
- neugierig auf Recruiting und Employer Branding bist und Lust hast, Neues auszuprobieren und aus Feedback zu lernen. Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- gerne auf Menschen zugehst, klar und wertschätzend kommunizierst und eigene Ideen dafür mitbringst, wie wir Talente für ABRIO begeistern können.
- strukturiert und sorgfältig arbeitest, Termine und Aufgaben im Blick behältst und nach deiner Einarbeitung gerne selbstständig Aufgaben übernimmst.
- sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen umgehst und dich gerne in digitale Tools einarbeitest.
- sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mitbringst.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
