Was erwartet dich?
· Du übernimmst die Koordination und Betreuung für unser CRM-System und sorgst für die Verwaltung von Stammdaten. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unserem Anbieter, erstellst und verwaltest zielgerichtete E-Mail-Kampagnen und verfasst ansprechende Inhalte für unsere Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
· Du bist lösungsorientiert bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Prüfung und Eingabe von neuen Vertriebspartnern in die Benutzerverwaltung sowie Pflege von ToDo Listen sowie ihrer Nachverfolgung.
· Du unterstützt uns bei der Durchführung von qualitativen Auswertungen.
· Du unterstützt das Team bei anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben, wie Bestellung von Werbemitteln und bringst dich aktiv in abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmungen zu vielfältigen Themen ein.
· Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Jour-fixe Terminen und Veranstaltungen nebst Ergebnisprotokollierung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
· Du bist eingeschriebener Student in einem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und stehst für 20 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung. In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit ist nach Absprache auch Arbeit in Vollzeit mit 38 Stunden pro Woche möglich.
· Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement durch andere Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.
· Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint.
· Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
