Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der digitalen Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Kontodaten.
- Du bearbeitest Verwalterwechsel, prüfst die Legitimation und digitalisierst zugehörige Unterlagen.
- Du bearbeitest Saldenmitteilungen und sorgst für deren korrekte Zuordnung und Ablage.
- Du übernimmst flexibel weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf im Bereich Kunden- und Kontenservice.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
- Du hast Interesse an Bank- und Finanzthemen, insbesondere Kundenservice, Kontoführung und Zahlungsverkehr.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Du hast sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
