Deine Aufgaben
- Du kommunizierst schriftlich und telefonisch mit unseren Kunden
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem CRM-System (Odoo)
- Du übernimmst die Administration und das Onboarding neuer Kunden in den Einkaufsportalen
- Du bearbeitest Lieferantenfragebögen und hältst unsere zugehörige Informationsdatenbank auf dem neuesten Stand
- Du erstellst Vorlagen und Übersetzungen
- Du arbeitest an Prozessbeschreibungen mit
- Du unterstützt uns zusätzlich im Bereich „Kunden-Schulungen“ (Customer Training)
- Bei unserer jährlichen Checkmk-Konferenz hilfst du beim Ticketverkauf und unterstützt vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung
- Du übernimmst in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Kollegen weitere Projekte und Aufgaben und unterstützt dadurch unser Vertriebsteam

Dein Profil
- Du bist als Student*in (m/w/d) in einem wirtschaftsorientierten Studiengang oder Ähnlichem oder in einem Studiengang mit IT-Bezug immatrikuliert
- Du hilfst Kunden sowie Kollegen gerne weiter und bist sehr kommunikationsstark
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und verfügst zudem über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Im Idealfall konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Funktion sammeln
- Du lässt dich auch von etwas Chaos nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und behältst einen kühlen Kopf, wenn es mal brennt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
