- Sie lernen, unsere modernen Spritzgießmaschinen selbstständig einzurichten, zu bedienen und umzurüsten, um präzise Kunststoff- und Kautschukteile zu fertigen.
- Sie überwachen den gesamten Fertigungsprozess, führen regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen durch und sorgen so für ein einwandfreies Endprodukt.
- Sie tauchen tief in die Welt der Kunststoffe ein und erfahren, wie Materialien ausgewählt, verarbeitet und für verschiedene Produkte optimiert werden.
- Ihre Ausbildung startet mit einer praktischen Metall-Grundausbildung, bevor Sie im Team mit erfahrenen Ausbildern die Geheimnisse der Kunststofftechnologie entdecken.

- Handwerkliches Geschick und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise gehören zu Ihren Stärken.
- Sie begeistern sich für Technik und haben Lust, die Steuerung komplexer Maschinen zu erlernen.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer sind Sie bereit, nach Ihrer Ausbildung im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), um sich im Team sicher verständigen zu können.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
