Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Team aktiv bei Post-Merger-Integrationsprojekten, von der ersten Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Du führst eigenständig Synergie- und Prozessanalysen durch und bereitest die Ergebnisse für das Projektteam in Excel und PowerPoint verständlich auf.
- Du wirkst bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen sowie bei der Einführung neuer Tools mit und übernimmst dabei eigene kleine Teilprojekte.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen und der Vorbereitung von Workshops für verschiedene interne Stakeholder.
- Du erhältst Einblicke in den M&A-Prozess, indem du bei der Dokumentation und dem Reporting für das Management mithilfst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

- Mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, gehst du souverän um.
- Als kommunikativer und eigeninitiativer Teamplayer hast du Spaß daran, neue Herausforderungen anzugehen.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder im Unternehmensumfeld.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
