Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt eine:n Werkstudent (m/w/d) Einkauf Mode.
Deine Aufgaben
- Datenmanagement und -qualität: Du pflegst Produkt- und Stammdaten in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Steuerung der Bestell- und Lieferprozesse: Du verfolgst Bestellungen sowie Liefertermine präzise, um eine reibungslose und pünktliche Warenverfügbarkeit zu sichern
- Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Lieferanten und den relevanten internen Abteilungen (wie Logistik, Merchandise Planning und Buying)
- Unterstützung im Buying-Prozess: Du unterstützt das Einkaufsteam aktiv bei der Sortimentspflege
- Vorbereitung von Order-Terminen: Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung von Order-Terminen und erstellst die notwendigen Präsentationsunterlagen

Dein Profil
- Du bist aktuell eingeschriebene/r Student/in in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce, Mode / Fashion oder Supply Chain Management
- Du bringst erste Berührungspunkte mit den Themen Einkauf, Mode-/Lifestyle-Branche oder Datenmanagement mit
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel /Google Sheets
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, arbeitest gern im Team, schaust über den Tellerrand und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
