Teilzeit (m/w/d) mit einer Leidenschaft für Paid Media.
Dafür brennst Du
- Du setzt Paid-Media-Kampagnen auf Meta, Google und TikTok um und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Ads dort sichtbar sind, wo unsere Kund:innen sind.
- Du pflegst Creative-Uploads, Budgets und Kampagnenstrukturen direkt in den Werbeplattformen.
- Du behältst laufende Kampagnen im Blick: Tägliches und wöchentliches Monitoring von Spend und Performance-Kennzahlen gehört zu deinem Alltag.
- Du erstellst Performance-Reportings nach vorgegebenem Format und meldest Auffälligkeiten wie Budget-Overspend oder Performance-Einbrüche frühzeitig.
- Du unterstützt bei der Pflege unserer Reporting-Dashboards und Ablagestrukturen.
- Du recherchierst Wettbewerb, Trends und neue Ad-Formate und bringst frische Ideen ins Team.

Das bist Du
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
- Idealerweise bringst du durch Praktika oder Werkstudentenjobs erste praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit, z. B. mit Google oder Meta Ads.
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise, arbeitest dich gerne in Tools wie Google Sheets/Excel ein und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig und eigenständig – du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2), um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
