Bei uns schaust du nicht nur zu. Du arbeitest direkt mit unserer Projekt- und Bauleitung zusammen, übernimmst eigene Aufgaben und bekommst einen echten Einblick in anspruchsvolle Innenausbauprojekte – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Übergabe.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement aktiv bei der Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Bauprojekten und bist dabei die Schnittstelle zu Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten.
- Du prüfst digitale Baupläne, Angebote sowie technische Unterlagen und hilfst bei der Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten und der Nachverfolgung offener Punkte.
- Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungen mit, vergleichst Angebote und unterstützt das Team bei der Vergabe von Leistungen.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein und übernimmst schrittweise mehr Verantwortung in eigenen kleinen Teilprojekten.

- Eine faire Vergütung zwischen 13 und 18 Euro pro Stunde, je nach deiner Erfahrung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist in einem baubezogenen Studiengang eingeschrieben, beispielsweise Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Baumanagement, Projektmanagement Bau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Bau.
- Du interessierst dich für Bauleitung, Projektmanagement und die praktische Umsetzung von Bauprojekten.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig.
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Du kommunizierst offen und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten zusammen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office. Kenntnisse in CAD-, Terminplanungs- oder Projektsoftware sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind in unserem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld von Vorteil.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
